Tony and the team were contracted by Sivbuild to create a brick extension on a pre-existing block structure.

Inside the house a lot of patch-ups were required because walls had been pulled down to prepare for the renovation, archways were removed from the doorways to give a more modern feel and a large extension was built from brick veneer.

The project was complete within about 14 days onsite over a 6 week period. Bricklaying in Ballina over the Winter season, Steenson Brick and Blocklaying enjoyed dry weather and the project was completed on time and in budget.

Stacked stone walls at the front of the property have become a feature and talking point of this luxurious home.
