BLOCKLAYERS IN LISMORE

Molesworth St – Lismore Commercial Building (office complex/building).

This was a complete new build. It had been an existing empty block for decades. Because the building site is in the heart of the Lismore Central Business District there where challenges to contend with. The building was also to be multi-level. These specific scenarios called for expert co-ordination.

 

The challenges included road closures, using/co-ordinating crane usage amongst different trades for delivery of materials, parking and deliveries presented challenges due to the congestion that occurs in a CBD.

This job was completed over several different stages and was completed on time and in budget.
